A portion of the Smith Tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. The Smith Tract is located south of W Creek Rd, SR 619, north of Crewe, in Nottoway County, VA. The sale area is approximately 114 acres in size and consists of primarily pine sawtimber and pine chip-n-saw. The plantation is 35 years of age.

The timber is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday June 15th, at 10am on the tract. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Smith Tract. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mailed bids should be sent to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009.
