The Spring Grove Tract is located north of Route 202 (Cople Highway), near Mt. Holly in Westmoreland County. The sale area is approximately 172 acres in size with good access. The tract is composed of loblolly pine, poplar, oak, and misc. hardwood sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday August 17th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Spring Grove Tract
