A portion of the Webb Tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. The Webb Tract is located south of Thomas Jefferson Parkway, VA-53, 1.5 mi. west of Palmyra, in Fluvanna County, VA. The sale area is approximately 76 acres in size and consists of primarily pine sawtimber and pine chip-n-saw. The plantation is 34 years of age.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday July 6th, at 10am on the tract, as shown on the sale map. Mail, FAX or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mailed bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Webb and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond-Tappahannock Highway, Suite 200, Aylett, Virginia 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to Jess Cadwallender.
